Resident Visits her Old House in Fukushima
Miyoko Watanabe visits her original house in Miyakoji. The Fukushima disaster forced Miyoko, her husband and her granddaughter to evacuate to a small apartment in centre of Tamura City. Their original house and orchard, where she used to harvest organic fruit is located in Miyakoji, 30km from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power plant.
Members of the Greenpeace radiation monitoring team check contamination levels in Watari and in Central Fukushima City, three and a half years after the nuclear accident.
